When I was a child, I had a blanket aka my "Blankie" that I took everywhere. It was my friend, protector, cloak of invisibility, etc...and it gave me warmth, love, and security. These, of course, are just a few of the reasons for loving my "Blankie."
As an adult, I smile when I see other children with their "Blankies." I sometimes even see other adults with their "Blankies." Some keep their "Blankies" at home and others are spotted traveling with their "Blankies."
It is my belief that everyone deserves the love and warmth of a "Blankie."
This is why I make "BLANKIES."
